Returns management is one of the most important post-sales support services. Orders distributed via cargo can face delivery issues such as recipient not found, wrong address, or cargo damage. When returns come back to the warehouse, inspecting them and completing the necessary procedures is essential.
Returned orders must be recorded and package condition inspected. Product damage or loss must be identified and logged. After these steps, damaged products are segregated and resellable items are returned to stock.
